You can access the notes from Books tab where the scriptures ref. are auto converted to enable the popups.
From your notes can you access or pop up scripture text to read. On IPad when you touch the scripture the keyboard pops up?

I understand where to access notes as I use them daily, but the scriptures used are ... show morenot highlighted for pop up tap and read.
